"Slow replies and not much help"
The customer service was disappointing. I emailed about my order and waited a few days just to get a reply, and when they finally answered it was super short and didn’t really solve anything.
The shoes themselves are nice, so that part was fine, but if anything goes wrong it kinda feels like you’re on your own. Not a great experiance overall

"Sizing was a little off for me"
The shoes look really nice, but they ran a bit small on me. I got my usual size and my toes felt tight. Theyre still cute, but Id probably size up if I ordered them again...

"Shipping was quicker than I thought"
I ordered from inuikii.com and was kind of surprised by how fast everything moved. I placed the order, got the tracking quickly, and before I knew it the package was already at my door a few days later.
Everything showed up packed nicely, with no delays or random issues along the way. It was one of those easy, smooth orders where you don’t have to think about it much, and I’d definitely order again.

"Really nice quality overall"
I got my boots from inuikii.com and, honestly... the materials feel really nice. The leather is soft, but still feels sturdy, if that makes sense. And the inside is super warm too. You can just tell they didn’t use cheap materials. So far, I’m really happy with them.

"Warm Enough to Survive, Not Enough to Wow Me"
They do keep my feet warm, so I can’t act like it was a total disaster. But i was expecting a little more. I wanted cozy, toasty, life-changing warmth, and what I got was more like, “okay, my toes aren’t freezing.” Not bad, just not amazing.

"Grip is actually really solid"
I saw a few people mention the sole grip was good, they weren’t wrong. I haven’t had any slipping at all so far. Curious if others had the same experience, but for me the traction has been great

"Nice shoes, but the packaging and wait were disappointing"
I ordered from Inuikii and the shoes themselves were actually nice, so no complaints there. But the whole experience wasn’t great. I had to wait in a queue longer than expected, which was already annoying, and then the box arrived crushed on one side like it had been tossed around. For the price, I really expected them to take better care with the packaging. Even a stronger outer box would’ve made a difference. Not the best first impression.

"Did anyone else have a really slow return?"
I returned my order and didn’t expect the refund to take weeks. I reached out to support a couple times, but they barely explained what was going on, which made it more frustrating. I’m wondering if other people have had the same experience with returns taking this long?

"Really worth the price"
I got a pair of boots from inuikii.com and yeah they’re definitely not the cheapest, but the quality feels so good, they’re super warm and comfy, they look just like the photos, I’ve already worn them a bunch and somehow they still look basically new, so for me the price actually makes sense and I’m really happy I bought them.

"Really comfy boots for everyday stuff"
I got a pair from inuikii.com and I don’t know, I just really like them. They have that soft, warm feeling inside without feeling clunky or too much.
I wore them out for pretty much the whole day and my feet were totally fine, which almost never happens to me with new boots. They just felt easy in a way I really appreciated.
The sizing worked for me, maybe slightly roomy, but I kind of loved that with thicker socks. Overall I’m really happy with them and would definitely buy again.

"Really nice look, just a little pricey"
I really like the style of these shoes. They look cool but still go with regular everyday outfits, which is what I wanted. The colors are nice too, not super loud or hard to match. I’m giving 4 stars only because a few of the styles feel a bit expensive to me, but overal I’m happy with them

"Cute boots, but I feel a little let down"
I really wanted to love these boots because they do look cute on, but I feel kind of disappointed. For the price, I expected the stitching to be cleaner, and on mine it’s a bit uneven in spots. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it’s frustrating to spend this much and still notice little flaws like that.

I really like how these boots look, and they do keep my feet warm. They were fine when I wore them in light rain, but after walking through some wet snow, my socks ended up a little damp, so I’m not totally sure what “waterproof” means here??
For the price, I expected them to handle wet weather better. They’re still comfortable and I’ll keep wearing them on dry, cold days, but I wouldn’t reach for them if it’s super slushy or wet outside

"Honestly, They're Holding Up Well"
I've been wearing these for a few months now, and I keep expecting the soles to start looking rough... but nope, they're still in good shape. So far, I'm pleasantly surprised
